Thanks, Toddy.

The old tribute will pass sixty million hits later this month. We're glad to make it available.

As for global warming and the sun, don't miss the article and discussion at "<a href="http://capnbob.us/blog/?p=610" rel="nofollow">Correlating Sunspots to Global Climate</a>" and the "<a href="http://capnbob.us/blog/features/climate-and-global-warming/" rel="nofollow">Climate and Global Warming</a>" resource page.

Hi,

Found your site due to the 911 tribute banner, and wanted to thank you for that. I am in Second Life and have worked with a museum regarding 911 and met so many people who cried over photo tributes we had there that the significance of this event and our military has been amplified to its rightful place.

Regarding the sunspots, certainly is much relating to weather. I've been convinced since the polar caps on Mars are melting, that somehow, it's not man, well that and that only .5% of all Co2 output annually is manmade, so shutting down every factory, plane, care etc. will save all of 1/2 of 1% of the total output. And sure that's a great idea....Not, I mean, one Mount St. Helen's cancels that entire act for 10,000 years, so we'll just invest in an oxygen system for Al, to help get more oxygen to his brain, much more.

Not to say warming isn't happening, just the means of it seems suspect, and if it is the Sun....what are we really doing to save mankind?

So I share a few links that seem to help me realize something needs to be done, but not to regulate us, but instead, to either survive by staying here, or.....by getting off the Earth.

Might seem extreme but without this being something we've been actually, seriously looking at on a solar system level, no one knows if it's for certain a routine cycle or not.

Thanks again for the 911 tribute banner. :)

When will people realize that sunspots are migratory??
They are just coming back from their winter nesting grounds on Mercury.
Left quite a mess too... nasty little sunspots crap all over the place. Worse than geese.

We already have the insanity of some of alarmists claiming that snow is a result of anthropogenic activity. Damsel and I get a laugh out of that one . . .
