Actually, it is not important who plays what roles nor how good they look. It is the portrayal of Americans terrorizing innocent Iraqis and harvesting their organs. The theme is sickening, especially in light of the truth. American Armed Forces may have a few bad apples in their midst, but they are in Iraq for the greater good of that Nation, the region, and our National interests, and they prove it daily. You should read some of the MilBlogs for their perspective on things there and elsewhere. CENTCOM is also a good resource for reports on the military's actual activities in the region.

Sorry, I never saw "Midnight Express" and can't comment on portrayal of Turks, but if you are going to worry about cosmetics and not the film's ridiculous message then you missed my point.

Starting from a comparison with Midnight epress which was an American film portraying Turks as everything the worse including . I think you are not fair to the movie and he actors in terms of portrayal of Americans.
Gary Busy and Billy Zane are at least decent looking and look much better than the Turks portrayed in "Midnight portrayed in midnight express" by some Greek, Armenian, Italian etc. actors who were fat and ugly. Would you have prefered some Fat pervert Russian actor to portray Americans?
